Major Duties: •Monitor courts to ensure proper reservation policies are adhered to. •Monitor and report on general inquiries regarding reservations and court conditions. •Properly account for any and all customer court usage, and customer time scheduled on court as outlined on the daily court sheets. •Monitor court lights as directed. •Monitor parking lot for NTC customers use as needed. Other duties as assigned by Front Desk/Guest Services Supervisor and Sr. Business Manager. Key Performance Indicators: •Timeliness and accuracy in preparing correspondence and completing projects. •Quality of work. •The initiative and ability to anticipate needs in the department and act accordingly. •Feedback from the Business Coordinator and Senior Business Manager. Completion of Annual Performance Objectives established by the Business Coordinator, NTC Tennis Operations.
